Modelling for the Efficient Effluent Dye Removal to Reuse Water and Salt

The objective of this work was to determine the optimal conditions for electrooxidation treatment in order decolourise effluents that contain reactive dyes. According results, when Na2SO4 is used as an electrolyte, decolouration reactions follow first-order kinetics. However, NaCl present effluent, kinetics stabilised after applying a minimal electric current value. models obtained from results show higher concentration NaCl, lower energy consumption. On other hand, increase dye leads electrical In relation pH, it not key factor efficiency. Finally, model applied two real effluents. feasibility individually treating dyeing process and those subsequent wash-off evaluated. From industrial application point view, recommended mix both before treatment, especially high.
